Local Shipping
Delivery of local orders in Kuwait takes between 6-24 hours, and orders are delivered through Beautycarekw's trusted partners.
The cost of local shipping is 1 Kuwaiti dinar for orders over 100 Kuwaiti dinars. For orders under 100 Kuwaiti dinars, the shipping cost is 2 Kuwaiti dinars.
International Shipping
International shipping to the Gulf countries takes between 3-5 business days, and orders are delivered through our trusted partners in these countries.
The cost of international shipping varies depending on the weight and size of the order. You can calculate the shipping cost by using the shipping calculator on the Beautycarekw website.
Exchange and Return
You can return or exchange products that you purchased from Beautycarekw within 14 days of receiving them. You can do this by contacting us via email, phone, or visiting one of our branches.
To return or exchange, please follow the following steps:
- Fill out the return and exchange form on the Beautycarekw website.
- Attach a copy of the original order invoice.
- Attach the product you want to exchange or return in its original, intact packaging.
- Send the product to the Beautycarekw address.
Return and exchange fees:
- There are no fees for returning or exchanging defective or damaged products.
- Beautycarekw will bear the shipping costs for returning or exchanging non-defective or damaged products.
- The customer will bear the shipping costs for returning or exchanging defective or damaged products if the total value of the order is less than 50 Kuwaiti dinars.
Return and exchange in case the product is damaged during shipping
If the product you received is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately via email, phone, or visit one of our branches. We will arrange to replace the product for you for free.
Return and exchange in case the customer is not satisfied with the product
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can return it or exchange it within 14 days of receiving it. We will refund the value of the product to you, minus the original shipping fees.
Notes:
- Products that have been used or opened cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products purchased through offers or discounts cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If you want to exchange a product for another, please choose a product with the same price or higher.
